Move-In Process
August 18, 2025 & August 19, 2025
Your move-in day experience has been designed to be hands-free, efficient, and low-contact. To help keep everything running smoothly and avoid congestion, please carefully follow the steps outlined below.
You’ll remain in your vehicle throughout the initial check-in process. Key pickup will happen right from your car, so no need to come inside! Our team will meet you as you line up on Sixth Street, before you reach the official check-in tent. They’ll check the progress of your Move-In Checklist and make sure all necessary steps are complete in your resident portal. If your balance is not at $0, you’ll need to bring certified funds (like a cashier’s check or money order) to complete your payment at the Study Lounge before receiving your keys. Additionally, If you need assistance with documents or forms, key issues, submitting maintenance requests, or have general questions or concerns you will head to the Study Lounge, which will be open as our temporary Leasing Office on move-in day.
Once you’re ready, you’ll pull up to our branded check-in tent on Sixth Street near the alley by the LL garage. A team member will confirm your key release using our SiteTablet system and officially check you in. Sixth Street is a one-way, and all cars must stay close to the left concrete wall as they approach the parking deck. You’ll stop at a designated stop sign and wait for a team member to direct you into the 3rd floor garage to your assigned unloading bay. The garage will serve as a hub for all unloading activities, move-in bins, hired movers. Once you arrive at your assigned unloading bay, please turn off your engine to help maintain safe air quality in the area. The movers will help unload your belongings and assist you with bringing them to your new apartment!
We’ll also have a dedicated BONFIRE text line available for quick communication. The number will be posted throughout the building, so you’ll always have support at your fingertips. To help everyone move in smoothly you must arrive at your scheduled move-in time, there are no exceptions to this. If you miss your time, we’ll do our best to fit you in during the make-up time slots or on another day.
